Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any piece.

What we accept

Returns and exchanges are welcome on pieces that are:

  • Unworn — no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • In their original packaging — box, pouch, and any included care materials
  • With all tags and documentation (authenticity cards, warranty info) intact

What we can't accept

  • Pieces that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Pieces returned after the 30-day window

How it works

  1. Email us at [contact@evolvefj.com] or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day (US orders). International customers ship using their own carrier; we cover the cost upon receipt.
  3. Package the piece securely in its original packaging. Drop off with the courier indicated on the label.
  4. Refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days of the piece arriving at our fulfillment center. Refunds return to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend processing as a return + new order rather than a direct exchange — it's faster, and it guarantees your new piece is in stock.

Resizing

We offer complimentary resizing on rings within 60 days of purchase. Email us to start a resizing request.

Damaged in transit?

Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
