About the jewelry

Is your jewelry real gold and silver?
Yes. Every piece in the Evolvé collection is solid fine jewelry — real gold (in 10k, 14k, 18k), sterling silver (925), or platinum. We don't sell plated, gold-filled, or base-metal pieces.

Where does your jewelry come from?
Evolvé is a curated collection. We source from makers whose standards for metal, craft, and longevity match our own. Each piece is individually selected — not mass-catalogued.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Solid gold doesn't tarnish. Sterling silver can darken over time through oxidation, but it polishes back with a soft cloth. Platinum is the most stable of the three — it doesn't tarnish, fade, or react with skin.

Are your gemstones real?
Every gemstone in our collection is disclosed — natural, lab-grown, or synthetic — on the product page. If the product page lists a stone type without qualification, it's natural.

Orders & shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. See Shipping for rates and delivery timelines.

How long does delivery take?
US orders: 3–5 business days. International: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Details on the Shipping page.

Do I need to pay customs duties on international orders?
For orders outside the US, local duties and taxes may apply at delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once the order ships. It's also in your account under Order History.

Returns, exchanges, warranty

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, on unworn pieces in original packaging. Full details on the Returns page.

Can I exchange a piece?
Yes. We recommend processing as a return + new order rather than direct exchange — it's faster and guarantees stock. Details on the Returns page.

Do you resize rings?
Yes — complimentary within 60 days of purchase. Contact us to start a resizing request.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and failures under normal wear (e.g., clasps breaking, stones loosening, chain failing). It doesn't cover accidental damage (drops, chemical exposure, impact), loss, or theft.

Care

How do I clean my jewelry at home?
Warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with softer stones (opal, pearl, turquoise), and chlorinated pools.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?
Short answer: no. Gold and platinum tolerate water fine, but chlorine accelerates tarnishing on silver and can damage pavé settings. Take jewelry off before showering, swimming, or applying lotions.

How should I store my pieces?
Individually, in a soft pouch or lined box, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Storing pieces together scratches them.
